Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to R2Net. By subscribing to or using our internet, broadband, leased-line, or other connectivity solutions (the “Services”), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply between you (“Customer”) and R2Net (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
We provide internet access, broadband connections, leased lines, managed Wi-Fi, and related communication services in Gurgaon and adjacent areas.
We will deliver the Services as per the plan selected by you and subject to availability, network conditions, and infrastructure.
We may also offer hardware (routers, modems), installation, support, monitoring and other add-on services as part of your plan.
3. Customer Obligations
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for Services.
You will ensure lawful use of the Services and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and network-usage policies.
You agree not to use the Services for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to: unlawful content, hacking, spam, network misuse, distributing malware, infringing third-party rights.
You must pay all applicable charges (monthly, installation, deposits, taxes) in a timely manner as per the billing terms.
You must allow technicians access (with reasonable notice) to your premises for installation, maintenance or inspection when required.
4. Service Activation, Changes & Termination
Activation will occur after the required paperwork, installation, and payment of relevant charges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or our infrastructure becomes unavailable in your area.
You may cancel the Services as per the cancellation policy in your plan; early termination fees may apply if you are on a fixed-term contract.
We may modify or upgrade the Services (including speed, equipment, technology) with notice to you. If changes are significant, you may have the option to cancel without penalty within a specified time.
5. Service Level & Performance
We will strive to provide consistent uptime, specified speeds and quality support. However, due to network conditions, location, device factors and external dependencies, we cannot guarantee flawless performance in all cases.
Any guaranteed metrics (uptime, latency, speed) will be outlined in your SLA (if applicable).
You agree that speed ranges may vary. Unless specifically stated, advertised “up to” speeds are maximum theoretical; actual speeds may be lower.
6. Payment, Billing & Deposits
All charges, including installation, monthly fees, usage, deposits and taxes, will be listed in your service agreement.
Payments are due prior to activation or as per billing cycle agreed. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Deposits may be required to cover equipment or potential default. At termination, deposit (if applicable) may be refunded subject to conditions and deductions for damage or outstanding dues.
7. Equipment & Access
Any equipment provided (router, modem, etc) remains our property unless specified otherwise.
You must handle equipment responsibly and notify us in case of fault or damage.
You grant us reasonable access to your premises for installation, repairs or upgrades.
We may replace or upgrade equipment at our discretion.
8. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree to use the Services in a lawful, ethical manner and not cause harm, disruption or misuse of any network component.
Prohibited activities include: unauthorised network access, altering network infrastructure, excessive peer-to-peer usage (if blocked by policy), or any activity that burdens the network or other users.
We reserve the right to monitor usage (in compliance with applicable law) and apply fair-use policy or restrict services in cases of abuse.
9. Data Privacy & Security
We collect, store and process certain personal data you provide to us for provision of Services, billing, support and regulatory compliance.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use, protect and share your information.
You are responsible for securing your devices and network (e.g., changing default router passwords, using firewall) once installed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or relating to the Services (such as loss of business, data, profit).
Our total liability for direct loss caused by our negligence or breach of contract is limited to one month’s service fee (or such sum as may be required under law).
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure; you accept network risks such as outages, latency, external attacks.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, documentation and networks used by us remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
You will not use or reproduce our trademarks, symbols or content without prior written consent.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, government action, power failures, network outages).
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., by email or website notice). Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may cancel the Services within 30 days (or the period specified) without early-termination fees (if applicable).
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Any claim you may have must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to it, or otherwise waived.
